Welcome to Cstore.pk, Pakistan’s trusted multivendor e-commerce marketplace. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our website or services.

1. Account Registration

In order to use the full functionality of Cstore.pk, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account, and to update your information as necessary. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.

2. Vendor Policies

• Vendors are independent sellers and are responsible for:
  • Listing accurate product details, images, and prices.
  • Ensuring product authenticity and quality.
  • Managing inventory and timely fulfillment of orders.
• Vendors must not list prohibited, illegal, counterfeit, or restricted items.
• Cstore.pk reserves the right to suspend or terminate vendor accounts for violations.

3. Orders & Payments

• All prices listed are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
• Cstore.pk may offer multiple payment methods (COD, debit/credit cards, bank transfers, etc.). Availability may vary.
• Vendors will transfer our commissions every week, otherwise their accounts will be suspended.
• In case of incorrect pricing due to error or technical issues, Cstore.pk reserves the right to cancel or adjust orders.

4. Complaints & Feedback

At Cstore.pk, we value your feedback and strive to provide the best possible service to our customers. If you have any complaints or feedback regarding your order or our services, please feel free to contact us at info@cstore.pk. We will do our best to address your concerns and resolve any issues as quickly as possible.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Vendors are responsible for timely shipment of products.
• Delivery times may vary depending on vendors, product availability, and location.

6. Returns & Refunds

• Customers must review vendor-specific return/refund policies before purchase.
• Products that are damaged, defective, or incorrect may be eligible for return or exchange within the specified timeframe.
• Cstore.pk may mediate disputes between buyers and vendors but is not directly responsible for refunds unless handled by Cstore.pk itself.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Cstore.pk acts only as an intermediary between buyers and vendors.
• We do not manufacture, store, or directly sell most products listed on our marketplace.
• Cstore.pk is not liable for product defects, quality issues, delays, or damages caused by vendors or third-party logistics providers.

8. Prohibited Activities

Users and vendors may not:

• Engage in fraudulent transactions.
• List counterfeit, illegal, or stolen products.
• Misuse the platform for spam, harassment, or misleading information.

9. Governing Law

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
• Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Pakistan.
