Cstore Refund & Return Policy
If your product is damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete at the time of delivery,
please raise a return request on cstore.pk.
Return requests must be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery for all items.
Valid Reasons to Return an Item
- Delivered product is damaged (physically destroyed or broken) or defective.
- Delivered product is incomplete (missing items and/or accessories).
- Delivered product is incorrect (wrong product/size/colour, fake item, or expired).
- Delivered product does not match the description or pictures (not as advertised).
- Delivered product does not fit (size is unsuitable).
Fashion
Includes: Clothing, Apparel, Sunglasses, Shoes & Accessories.
If the item received is damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, a refund will be issued based on cstore.pk assessment.
Bags, Eyewear, Jewellery, Watches, Women’s Intimate Apparel & Men’s Innerwear: Change of mind is not applicable for return and refund.
Home & Living
Includes: Bedding & Bath, Furniture & Lighting, Kitchen & Dining, Home Décor, Home Improvements, Household & Storage Supplies, Lawn & Garden, Other Accessories.
Change of mind is not applicable for return and refund.
Baby, Toys & Kids
Includes: Toys & Games, Baby Care, Hygiene, Gear, Diapers, Nursing. Change of mind is not applicable.
Any 3 Bundle / Offers
Return request must be raised within 7 days. Change of mind is not applicable.
Non-Refundable Items
- Products that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery.
- Beauty, health, and hygiene products that have been opened or used.
- Products purchased during clearance sales, promotions, or discounts, unless defective on arrival.
- Products that have passed their warranty/validity period.
Exchange Option
Instead of a refund, customers may request a replacement or exchange.
Claim Procedure
- Contact Customer Support at info@cstore.pk within 7 days of delivery.
- Provide order ID, product details, and reason for return/refund.
- Our team will guide you through the pickup/return process.
Final Decision
- Refunds are subject to inspection and approval by the cstore.pk Quality Assurance Team.
- cstore.pk reserves the right to reject claims that do not meet policy conditions.
