 What is cstore.pk?
cstore.pk is a multivendor online marketplace where you can shop a wide variety of products from multiple sellers in one place.

How do I create an account?
Click on the “Sign Up” button at the top right of the website, enter your details (name, email, phone number, and password), and your account will be created instantly.

How long does delivery take?
Delivery usually takes 2–5 working days depending on your location and the seller’s dispatch time. Remote areas may take longer.

How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped by vendor, you’ll receive a tracking ID by vendor. You can track your order using the Order ID on the courier’s website.

What is your Return & Refund Policy?
You can request a return or refund within 7 days of receiving your order if the product is defective, expired, damaged, or not as described.
Beauty, hygiene, and opened/used products are non-returnable.

For Vendors / Sellers

 How can I sell on cstore.pk?
Click on “Sell with Us” and register as a vendor by providing your business details. Once approved, you can start listing your products.Your business information include store identity, contact information, store branding i.e store profile, cover photo, business information like: company ID/ Tax ID (if available), Bank details, store address, social media links. 

What are the seller charges or commissions?
cstore.pk charges a small commission fee on every sale. The percentage depends on the product category. (Contact support for updated rates).

 Can I list any product on cstore.pk?
 No. Counterfeit, illegal, or prohibited items are not allowed. Products must be genuine and comply with local laws.

Who handles shipping?
Vendors can choose to ship with their own courier partners or manage delivery themselves (if approved).
